Real-world Recall

Rolling the dice everytime you let them off-leash? Having to bribe them back? The most important skill a dog can learn. The application is obvious, but training it...not so much. You'll maybe have noticed that once there are any significant distratcions, there's nothing you can do to get them back on the first call (if at all). And unless you plan to have your dog on a leash their whole lives, you'll need to a have a quality recall. We can show you exactly how to perk your dog's ears up to the sound of a recall, and have them easger to spin on the spot and rush back to you. Regardless of the distraction. (And you won't need to carry a small italian deli with you either).

Loose-leash Leadership

Does your dog think they're pulling a sled? Nearly pulling you over with lunging? Without a doubt, a leash is the most dangerous thing in dog training. At best constant pulling is uncomfortable on you and your dog both, never mind the long term harm it can do. Let us show you exactly how to bring some chill into your walks. Look forwards to picking up the leash and going out together, knowing that we'll not just teach you to get them walking beside you, but actually build improvement across their whole life. If you just want your dog to stop pulling you around, we can do that. If you want to transform the simple daily walk into an enjoyable time of connection, we can show you how to do that as well.

Reactivity Unraveled

Barking, biting, or shaking with anxiety, reactivity takes a worrying toll on daily life Reactive dogs are our favourite to work with - which is just as well considering the amount of work they can sometimes take. If you've been living with a reactive dog (or things seem to be going in that direction) you'll know that if it wasn't for their reactivity they'd be a near perfect dog! We'll show you exactly what to do, and work closely with you to reduce your dog's reactivity. Typically we aim to, and achieve, totally reducing reactivity within a few weeks of dedicated coaching. We're here to listen to you and your dog, and make a lasting transformation in your relationship.

Greeting Guests

Horror in the home? Can't have friends over? Visit a cafe? A little embarassed? One of the biggest impacts of bad behaviour in dogs is how our home lives can hurt. If you can't bring people into your home without having to lock your dog up and apologies profusly, let us give you a clear path to calm and polite behviour. Every dog and situation is different, so its no wonder that often-repeated online advice doesn't always work very well. We'll give you an approach that works for you, in your home, for your dog.

Chase, Chase, Catch

"My dog isn't food motivated": is this you? Do they have no interest in toys or play? Let's get your dog motivated in something that you're doing (rather than the distractions around you). Play is the basis of a great releationship, and when we show you how exactly how to unlock your dog's innate drives and bring their motivation to the front of the show. Understand how challenge is at the centre of building their confidence and self-control.

Place and Patience

Struggeling to just settle down in the home? What about waiting outside shops? Dog's need to be able to lie down, switch off, and let thier minds rest. In today's world we're encouraged to keep them busy all the time, with constant puzzle toys and interaction. Restless behaviour gives a restless dog, so lets give them the tools to be at ease anywhere from in the home, to in the street.

Chaos to Confidence

Barking at night, tearing up the sofa, or peeing everywhere, is it all a bit too much? There are so many ways that our dogs can frustrate us. Let's press pause, and understand what's going on inside your dog's head, their environment, and their daily life. And honestly, if you're dealing with a whole bunch of annoying problem behaviours, you'll likely find that they're all linked. So we can usually improve in more places than you might expect.

Our Predator Pet

Worried about your dog around livestock or wildlife (and the consequences)? The harsh reality of having a dog is that they will harrass and kill wildlife - and enjoy it! We don't train in Livestock Aversion Training (although this works very well towards a specific animal). Instead, we'll introduce you and your dog to responsible off-leash behaviour, which you can rely on in all situations and around any animals. If your dog has already harrassed wildlife, you can feel confident knowing we don't judge, and we're here to actually help keep your dog (and other animals) safe.
